The CPL Civil Engineering Institute is an institution licensed by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure for professional supervision over the construction, reconstruction or rehabilitation of roads at airport complexes, I and II state roads, tunnels, bridges and structures.
The basic services of the Sector for supervision and project management:
- Professional supervision over the execution of works on the construction of highways, I and II state roads, airports, bridges, tunnels and facilities (according to domestic legislation and according to all types of FIDIC/PRAG contracts),
- Consulting services for Clients and Contractors with the aim of reducing costs and time required for the execution of works by optimizing construction technology,
- Consulting services with the aim of resolving compensation claims on the Contractor – Client route,
- Preparation of Contractual and Tender documentation for all types of infrastructure designs,
- Interpretation of Contractual documentation on projects financed by international banking institutions according to the rules of FIDIC/PRAG contracts,
- Monitoring the costs (cost control) of facilities with all the necessary analysis,
- Monitoring and interpretation of the implementation of contract terms (Contract engineering/management),
- Monitoring and interpretation of the implementation of contract terms (Contract engineering/management),
- Quality control of performed works and appropriate expertise (QC/QA), etc.
